We offer this platform, including all information, tools, and floral services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our floral boutique or purchasing our stems, you engage in our “Service”.

2. Online Store Terms

Are you ready to bring a touch of nature into your home? By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you're at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our arrangements for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. We're serious about our petals.

3. Delivery Policy

We strive for perfection in every petal. However, since we deal with perishable goods, delivery windows are estimates. Our couriers are trained to handle your bouquets with the utmost care, ensuring the fragrance remains intact from our studio to your doorstep in New York.

• Same-day delivery Cut-off: 2:00 PM EST
• Subscription deliveries occur every Tuesday or Friday by default
• Ensure recipient availability; heat can be cruel to sunflowers

4. Accuracy of Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Don't worry, we'll notify you if an adjustment is needed.
